ICETECH considers issues relating to your privacy to be a serious matter. As such, ICETECH  has created and implemented this Privacy Policy so that you understand what ICETECH may and may not do with certain personal information.

ICETECH will only use personally identifiable information about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Personal information [PI] is information about you that can be attributed to you.

Regardless of the information that ICETECH collects, ICETECH will only use this information for the limited purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

ICETECH will only make one or more of the following uses of your personal information:

(a) analyze personal information and other data in order to enhance ICETECH's events, services and website;

(b) use personal information for the purpose for which it was provided and certain other activities which are reasonably ancillary to such purpose. Further, ICETECH may store your e-mail and e-mail address and a copy of our response for future reference;

(d) Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, ICETECH will not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease or otherwise transfer any personal information, including e-mail addresses, to any third party and ICETECH will treat any personal information you provide as confidential information.

ICETECH will only keep the personal information for so long as it is useful. At the conclusion of such time, ICETECH will delete that information.

ICETECH has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the personal information under ICETECH's control. However, ICETECH cannot guarantee that these security measures will not be breached.
